Digital transformation enhances service quality
With the motto “people and businesses at the center of service,” Tuyen Quang Social Security has strongly promoted digital transformation, creating breakthroughs in administrative reform and moving toward a modern, transparent, and efficient social security system.
The initial success stems from the effective use of a centralized and interconnected database from the central to local levels, enabling transactions related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance to be handled quickly and accurately. Citizens and businesses can now complete most procedures online via the National Public Service Portal, the Vietnam Social Security Public Service Portal, and the VssID – Digital Social Insurance application.

To make digital transformation truly part of daily life, the provincial Social Security Office has organized practical activities such as digital booths, technology experience sessions, and communication through QR codes. In October, various events were held in response to National Digital Transformation Day, where workers were guided to check their contribution and benefit records, perform online procedures, and register for VssID accounts.
Thanks to its strong determination in digital transformation, the province now has 105,556 people participating in compulsory social insurance, reaching 91.21% of the annual target. Health insurance coverage stands at 98.43%, and total revenue from social, health, and unemployment insurance has exceeded VND4.194 trillion. The processing and payment of benefits and policies have been conducted fully, promptly, and in accordance with regulations.
These results demonstrate that digital transformation has become a key driver helping Tuyen Quang Social Security enhance service efficiency and contribute to achieving the goal of “Social Security for the satisfaction of people and businesses.”
