The 1st Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term wraps up

On the afternoon of September 24, after two days (September 23 - September 24) of serious and productive working sessions, the 1st Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term completed its entire agenda.

In his closing remarks, Hau A Lenh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the Resolution and documents adopted represent the crystallization of wisdom and dedication, reflecting the will and aspirations of the entire Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in the province.

The Congress acknowledged that, alongside notable achievements, shortcomings remain to be addressed. The Party Committee, authorities, and people of the province are called upon to demonstrate strong political determination, uphold revolutionary traditions and national solidarity, and foster confidence, pride, and aspirations for progress.

Key tasks were outlined: promoting socio-economic development in tandem with environmental protection; strengthening Party building; advancing culture and human development; reinforcing national defense, security, foreign affairs, and international integration; improving forecasting capacity; enhancing the two-tier local government model; and leveraging the province’s advantages for rapid, sustainable growth.

By 2030, Tuyen Quang aims to become a fairly developed, comprehensive province with a high middle-income level. By 2045, the province strives to be a developed, high-income province in the northern midland and mountainous region.

After the Congress, the newly elected Executive Committee will finalize documents, disseminate the Resolution, and promptly roll out action programs to ensure visible progress from the start of the new term.
