Delegation of the 1st Party Congress of Tuyen Quang province offers incense to President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs

On September 22, as part of the first Party Congress of Tuyen Quang province for the 2025-2030 term, the provincial delegation attended a ceremony to offer incense and flowers in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs at the President Ho Chi Minh Temple and the Monument to Heroic Martyrs in Minh Xuan ward.

The ceremony was attended by provincial leaders, including Hau A Lenh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thi Kim Dung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Son, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Phan Huy Ngoc, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Ma The Hong, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, along with members of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Offering incense and flowers to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation affirmed that despite numerous challenges during the past tenure, the Party Committees, authorities, and people of the two provinces of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang had achieved significant results. The economy grew, social welfare was ensured, national defense and security were maintained, living standards improved, and Party building as well as the political system were strengthened.

In the memorial book at the President Ho Chi Minh Temple, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Leng expressed deep pride and emotion, pledging solidarity and determination to realize the goal of making Tuyen Quang a comprehensively developed and sustainable province by 2030.

The Party Committee, authorities, and people of Tuyen Quang vowed to continue studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style; upholding the revolutionary traditions of the homeland; and contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
