The Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee holds a thematic conference in July

On the afternoon of July 16, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a thematic conference in July, giving opinions on a number of reports, programs, and plans on propaganda for Party congresses at all levels towards the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and a number of other important contents.

An overview of the conference.

Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the conference. Attending the conference were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, delegates of the Central Party Committees.

The conference reviewed contents, including: The draft regulations on the functions and tasks of the Steering Committee for science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation; the plan for propaganda of Party congresses at all levels; the draft regulations on the responsibilities and powers of the Personnel Subcommittee and the personnel work plan; the project for delegates to attend the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

The majority of opinions agreed with the drafts and unanimously decided to direct several communes and wards that meet the conditions to organize their congresses first to draw lessons. The Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee will directly lead and assign members of the Standing Board to monitor and direct the congress

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that organizing the Party Congress after the merger is a critical political task, aiming to continue to perfect the organizational apparatus, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, and meet the requirements of functions in the new period.

He also requested all levels and sectors to strengthen propaganda to successfully organize Party congresses at all levels and the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
