Ha Giang Province leaders meet with female leaders on International Women’s Day
BHG - On the afternoon of March 4, the Ha Giang Provincial Women's Union organised a meeting with key female leaders at the provincial level, on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910–March 8, 2025)
The meeting was attended by Thao Hong Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of the 115 years of International Women's Day and the 1985th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising.
As key leaders of the province, female cadres always strive, be proactive, and be creative in implementing tasks, maintaining the emulation titles of the unit, building a clean and strong Party cell, a cultural agency, and an excellent labour collective. At the same time, they have promoted the role of women in the family, society and community.

Speaking at the meeting, Thao Hong Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, highly appreciated the contributions of key female leaders at the provincial level. At the same time, he sent his best wishes to women in the province on the occasion of International Women's Day.
He suggested that in the coming time, key female leaders continue to promote their intelligence and talent, and proactively propose advice to sectors, agencies and units to perform their assigned tasks.
The Provincial Women's Union promotes its tradition, builds a strong organisation, advises the Party Committee to implement directives and resolutions on women's work, for the equality and progress of women in the new era.
Departments, branches and sectors pay attention to, train and foster female cadres, create conditions for women to promote their capacity and strengths, improve their professional qualifications, and perform their assigned tasks, contributing to the development of Ha Giang Province.
