Under the sacred national flag, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh and delegates sang the National Anthem, expressing national pride and love for the homeland and country. This affirms that the Lung Cu Flag Tower has a vital strategic position - where the sacred souls of mountains and rivers converge, a fence of the Fatherland, a consecrated symbol of national sovereignty.

At the launch ceremony, Dong Van District planted 100 Sa Moc trees and 68 native pear trees. This practical work aimed to concretise the teaching of President Ho Chi Minh that “For the sake of 10 years’ benefit, we must plant trees; for the sake of 100 years’ benefit, we must cultivate people” and his advice when visiting Ha Giang in 1961 “We must pay more attention to protecting forests and planting trees to create forests”.

Visiting and presenting gifts to Lung Cu border guard station, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh commended the station’s achievements in performing the unit’s tasks, especially during the Lunar New Year 2025. The station has focused on patrolling the border, maintaining border markers and national border sovereignty, ensuring national defence and security, and coordinating with local Party committees, authorities and forces to take care of the people’s Tet holiday.
