Provincial Party Committee announces decisions on organisational structure and personnel
BHG - Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce decisions regarding organisational structure and personnel on February 3.
The event was attended by member of the Party Central Committee, Minister-Chairman of Committee for Ethnic Minorities Affairs and Secretary of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh.
At the ceremony, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organisation Commission Nguyen Minh Tien announced several key decisions made by the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee, including: the merger of the Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education and the Commission for Mass Mobilisation into a single entity called the Commission for Communications, Education and Mass Mobilisation.

Another decision regards to the dissolution of certain Party delegations and civil affairs committees at provincial level, including those in the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Veterans’ Association, the Women’s Union, the Farmers' Association, the Labour Federation, and the Union of Science and Technology Associations.
In addition, the dissolution of the Party civil affairs committees of the Provincial People's Committee, Provincial People's Court, Provincial People's Procuracy, and the Bloc of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises was announced.
The decisions were made on the establishment of a new Party Committee for Provincial Party Agencies; the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 tenure.
Thao Hong Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council was assigned as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
The Provincial Party Committee decided to relieve Hoang Hai Ly, Deputy Head of the Mass Mobilisation Commission, and appointed him as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
Additionally, the Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee. Along with this, key appointments for the 2020-2025 term have been confirmed including Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee. Ngo Xuan Nam has been relieved of his position as Secretary of Yen Minh District Party Committee and Chairman of the Yen Minh District People's Council to assume the role of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
In his address, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh highly appreciated the efforts and dedication of party committees and organisations in advising and implementing Resolution No.18 on continuing to innovate and streamline the organisational structure of the political system to ensure effective and efficient operations.
He urged the newly merged and established agencies to quickly complete the necessary conditions for operation. In addition, they must closely follow the Party's resolutions and the Party Central Committee's guidelines to finalise their organisational structure, ensuring the appropriate arrangement of personnel within each agency.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh also requested that localities within the province promptly implement plans and measures to streamline the organisational apparatus in accordance with the directives of the Government and the province.
