Phan Huy Ngoc named Chairman of Ha Giang People’s Committee

BHG - A meeting was recently held to announce the decision to appoint Colonel Phan Huy Ngoc as Deputy Secretary of the Ha Giang Party Committee and Chairman of the Ha Giang People’s Committee.

Acting Secretary of the Ha Giang Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung and Chairman of the Ha Giang People’s Council Thao Hong Son present flowers to new Ha Giang Chairman Phan Huy Ngoc.

Ngoc previously served as the Director of the Ha Giang Public Security Department.

In his acceptance speech, Ha Giang Chairman Phan Huy Ngoc expressed his sincere gratitude to the Politburo, Secretariat and Government for their trust in assigning him this important responsibility.

He promised to continue making efforts, constantly improve his capabilities, and work together with the provincial leadership team to overcome challenges, focusing on rapid, green and sustainable socio-economic development, improving people’s lives, maintaining a peaceful and friendly border and successfully implementing the objectives set by the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
