Hau A Lenh named Secretary of Ha Giang Party Committee

BHG - Hau A Lenh, Chairman of the Government Committee on Ethnic Affairs has been appointed Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure, according to a decision by the Politburo.

Head of the Central Commission for Internal Affairs congratulates Secretary of the Ha Giang Party Committee Hau A Lenh.

The decision was announced on January 22, at a conference attended by Politburo member and head of the Central Commission for Internal Affairs Phan Dinh Trac.

Lenh will replace Acting Secretary Nguyen Manh Dung, who has been transferred to the Party Central Committee’s Office. Lenh will also participate in the Party Committee of the 2nd Military Region.

While handing over the appointment decision to Lenh, Trac expressed his belief that Lenh will continue building on his experience and capacity and quickly grasp the local situation to lead the province in fulfilling socio-economic development targets.

In his speech, Ha Giang Party Secretary Hau A Lenh pledged to work with the provincial leadership to achieve the goals set for 2020-2025 and subsequent years.
