Ha Giang sees advances in SIPAS, PAR rankings

BHG - The Ministry of Home Affairs, the standing agency of the Government’s administrative reform steering committee, has announced the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) and Public Administrative Reform (PAR) Index in 2023 of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of centrally run provinces and cities. According to the reports, the northern province of Ha Giang enjoyed annual increases in both the SIPAS and PAR rankings of 63 provinces and cities nationwide.

Specifically, Ha Giang’s SIPAS reached 82.34%, up 6 places compared to 2022, rising to the 31st out of 63 provinces and cities. In particular, the province’s PAR Index moved up 17 places, ranking 23rd out of 63 provinces and cities. The above results are evidence of the efforts of the entire province in improving people’s satisfaction with the services of state administrative agencies through the provision of public administrative services. At the same time, it reflects the province’s important results in reforming institutions, public service regimes, administrative procedures, and administrative apparatus as well as building and developing electronic government and digital government.
