The sector has also effectively implemented two online interconnected administrative procedures: (1) birth registration, permanent residence, health insurance card issuance for children under 6 years old and (2) death registration, permanent residence cancellation, and funeral allowance. The rate of online file processing is 93.7% - 98.9%, clearly showing a positive change. People and officials have recognised the effectiveness of digitalisation: files are easy to look up, and processing is quick, reducing work pressure.
Since 2024, the Judicial sector has received thousands of criminal records and processed them quickly thanks to the electronic system. Notarisation and certification activities have also been improved, with 15,016 notarised contracts and 127,762 certified copies, improving service quality.
Notably, asset auctions - a highly economic field - also strongly apply technology. Of the 143 auctions since 2024, 60 were successful, with a total selling price of 623.1 billion VND, many times higher than the starting price. The number of unsuccessful auctions decreased by 26%, and the amount paid to the budget increased by 401.8% compared to the previous year.
With the orientation of taking people and businesses as the centre, the Judicial sector is building a modern, transparent, and effective administration, improving the quality of public services in the digital age.
