Training conference held on application of AI technology in office work
BHG - The Office of the National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council has just organised a training conference on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology for officials, civil servants, and employees.
The event was attended by Thao Hong Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

Over 30 officials of the Office of the National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council participated in the training.
During the conference, Vu Hoai Nam, Director of Corporate and Organisational Customers at Ha Giang Telecommunications Business Centre, shared the following contents: AI - development trends, AI application in office work, and practice using AI applications.
In which, the conference focused on clarifying the opportunities and challenges from AI, popular AI tools; methods of automating work processes, exploiting applications in synthesising voters' opinions, analysing Excel files, converting images to text, and writing administrative documents and meeting minutes.

Speaking at the conference, Ly Thi Lan, Head of the 15th National Assembly Deputies of Ha Giang Province, emphasised that digital transformation and AI application are inevitable trends and urgent requirements in modern administration, especially in the context of streamlining payroll, people, and human resources in agencies and apparatuses.
The training conference is an important content in the 2025 work program to improve awareness, skills and digital capacity for the team of office staff and civil servants.
She suggested that after the conference, each staff and civil servant should proactively apply the knowledge they have been equipped with into practical work, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council in the coming time.
