In addition, the school applies the OLM digital platform to manage records, exploit digital lecture resources, and organise online tests.

Digital transformation has brought about many positive changes in teaching methods. Thanks to the application of IT, teachers can customise lectures, add vivid examples from online resources, and grasp students’ reactions. Ma Thi Lieu, who teaches Literature, shared that IT helps teachers be more flexible and monitor students' emotions to assess their understanding. Meanwhile, Tran Hong Giang, a student in class 8A1, found the new way of learning with IT lively and engaging, helping students learn more easily.

The school has also encouraged teachers to improve their IT skills and actively apply technology in teaching, building digital learning materials and question banks, contributing to building a lifelong learning environment. As a result, 100% of the school’s teachers are proficient in using IT in teaching.

However, the school also faces some difficulties, such as 50% of students lack Internet connection devices at home, hindering online learning. In addition, a limited budget is also a challenge in developing IT infrastructure. Some teachers are still hesitant about changing and using technology.

However, Ngoc Ha Secondary School still strives to improve IT knowledge for teachers and students. Principal Bui Thi Minh Thuy affirmed that IT helps reduce lesson preparation time, improve the quality of class hours and reduce students’ learning pressure. The school will continue to improve infrastructure and train teachers to meet the teaching and learning requirements in the digital age.
