BHG - The Ministry of Information and Communications has released the "Report on Digital Transformation Index Assessment of Ministries, Ministerial-level Agencies, Governmental Agencies, and Provinces/Cities Directly Under the Central Government - DTI at the Ministerial and Provincial Levels in 2023".

BHG - After Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group deployed the 5G network in Ha Giang in mid-October, the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group’s (VNPT) branch in Ha Giang also deployed 5G broadcasting infrastructure in the province.

BHG - As of November 2024, Ha Giang Province has more than 53,200 social security beneficiaries, of whom nearly 40,000 have been granted accounts, reaching a rate of more than 71%, an increase of 2.1% compared to October 2024. 100% of the beneficiaries have received payments via accounts.
