Ha Giang gradually establishes a friendly administrative system

BHG - In 2025, Ha Giang Province will continue identifying administrative reform and online public service provision as key tasks.

The province focuses on removing bottlenecks, promoting digitalisation, and implementing electronic result delivery for 100% of dossiers to build a modern, transparent administrative system that places citizens at its centre.

Quan Ba District has implemented numerous measures to improve administrative management efficiency. Following the merger of departments, the administrative apparatus operates stably, with administrative discipline being strictly implemented.

The one-stop service department emphasises improving civil servant responsibility and has established an independent monitoring team to receive feedback from citizens for timely handling of violations.

Lenh The Hung, Deputy Head of Quan Ba Bureau of Internal Affairs, emphasises professional training for staff and implementing reward schemes to encourage a sense of responsibility.

In Dong Van District, merger preparations were thoroughly conducted to ensure uninterrupted operations. Civil servants were appropriately arranged to receive and process dossiers quickly.

Consequently, administrative procedure processing time continues to be shortened, creating convenience for citizens and businesses. The district also increased communications efforts and guided citizens to use online public services.

Administrative procedures have been digitalised and updated on the province’s system, which is interconnected with the National Public Service Portal, helping to increase transparency.

In 2024 alone, the district resolved nearly 2,100 online dossiers, a figure that continues to rise in early 2025. Dong Van Chairman Do Quoc Huong noted that mergers help streamline operations, promote administrative reform, and improve service quality for citizens and businesses.

With resolute direction, Ha Giang is gradually building a friendly and efficient administrative system. The working environment in administrative agencies is increasingly transparent and professional, contributing to the province’s sustainable development.
