Ha Giang ranks 8th nationwide in terms of index of direction, management and service quality assessment for people and businesses

BHG - According to the announcement on the National Public Service Portal, as of mid-October 2024, Ha Giang province ranked 8th nationwide in terms of the index of direction, management and assessment of service quality for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures of public services in real-time on the electronic environment. This is the result of the drastic and synchronous implementation of solutions to carry out administrative reform tasks associated with digital transformation according to the motto "Taking people and businesses as the centre of service".

According to the results of implementing the index of service for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and providing public services on the National Public Service Portal, Ha Giang province achieved 84.24 points, ranked 8th out of 63 provinces and cities, which classified as Good. Some groups achieved and exceeded the assigned targets, such as progress in handling records reached 97.8%; provision of online public services reached 81.6%; online payment reached 88.3%; satisfaction level reached 97.6%. This is the result of the efforts of all levels and sectors in the province when considering administrative reform as one of the key tasks, helping the province to strengthen the effectiveness of state management while creating conditions for socio-economic development.

Administrative reform efforts have positively impacted the province's socio-economic development, creating favourable conditions for people and businesses to develop. Promoting the operating index and assessing the quality of service for people and businesses in public service procedures in real-time in the electronic environment has contributed to the general administrative reform of the province.
