Being elected twice as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, holding many important positions in international and regional organisations reflects Vietnam's influence, showing a foreign policy that is in line with reality, serving national interests, with the profound philosophy of the "Vietnamese bamboo" school of diplomacy. The achievements over the past 40 years provide an important foundation for Vietnam to confidently enter a new era of development.

Vietnam's success is associated with the key words "innovation, creativity and integration". Of which, a factor that helps Vietnam overcome challenges is innovation and the development of science and technology. Vietnam has become one of the world's leading countries in information technology. Vietnam's semiconductor industry has set new records and there is every reason to believe that Vietnam's goal of becoming an important link in the global semiconductor value chain will soon be achieved.

Implementing the Doi Moi policy for nearly 40 years, Vietnam has successfully developed and grown. Overseas Vietnamese in Thailand are always proud of their country. Remembering the period when the whole nation fought against French colonialism and American imperialism, generations of overseas Vietnamese in Thailand enthusiastically participated in the movement to collect wealth and materials to support their homeland. Today, our descendants put their full trust in the Party and the State.
