Nghe An has additional 75ha Do Lang II Industrial Cluster in Nghi Loc District
In order to prepare clean land to attract small and medium-sized enterprises as satellites for large corporations and enterprises, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on June 10 approved a policy on the establishment of Do Lang II Industrial Cluster in Nghi Lam Commune, Nghi Loc District.

Accordingly, Do Lang II Industrial Cluster has an area of about 75 hectares with a total investment of about 928.54 billion VND by MKH Nghe An Industrial Cluster Development Joint Stock Company. The operation period of this industrial cluster is 50 years.
It is expected that from the second quarter of 2025 to the end of the first quarter of 2026, investment preparation work will be completed; from the third quarter of 2026 to the end of the third quarter of 2029, investment in technical infrastructure construction will be completed and this industrial cluster will be put into operation.
Technical infrastructure works in the industrial cluster are to receive synchronous investment, in a modern, green, and clean direction, while being synchronously connected with technical infrastructure works outside the industrial cluster, thensuring favourable and stable production and business activities of enterprises in the industrial cluster.
This is a multi-industry industrial cluster, prioritising attracting clean, environmentally friendly and sustainable industrial projects, such as: manufacturing, assembling electrical equipment, electronic components; precision mechanics, auxiliary products, and garments; manufacturing household appliances; and manufacturing wooden furniture and interior decoration.
The formation and development of Do Lang II Industrial Cluster with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, ensuring environmental sanitation aims to attract small and medium-sized enterprises to act as satellites for corporations and large enterprises in the Southeast Economic Zone and the North Central Region High-tech Forestry Zone, thus contributing to increasing the value of industrial production, increasing budget revenue, creating more jobs, and promoting the development of the local economy, services, and society.
