Encircling the lake is a primeval forest of over 700 hectares, forming a lush green blanket that casts a wild and captivating charm over the entire landscape. The lake’s tranquil surface is occasionally punctuated by a concrete road, creating a striking contrast amid the pristine nature.
Scattered across the lake are simple bamboo rafts with thatched roofs, moored quietly along the shore. These rafts serve multiple purposes, waiting for locals to check fishing nets, harvest their catch, or welcome visitors for a peaceful lunch on the water.

Noong lake attract many tourists. |
The lake draws a growing number of visitors seeking authentic experiences. Here, there are no flashy services or densely packed shops. Everything remains rustic and genuine: palm-leaf-covered boats, bamboo tables, grilled stream fish, and a warm cup of traditional rice wine. Tourists dine as the cool breeze from the lake drifts by, while locals gently row their boats and cast their nets beneath the rafts.
