Tuyen Quang residents support people in flood-hit regions

In the chilly winter air, the atmosphere in Ha Giang 2 Ward, Tuyen Quang Province becomes unexpectedly warm, kindled by the fire of compassion. From early morning, families and community groups gather together, washing leaves, rinsing rice, and preparing 1,000 vividly green banh chung gu. These are not merely traditional cakes - they are bundles of love and hope sent to the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions who are struggling to overcome the aftermath of historic flooding.

Alongside the cakes, the yard is filled with boxes of heartfelt donations: 1.5 tons of clothing, 2 quintals of rice, and countless essential supplies (bread, water, instant noodles, medicine, etc.). Everything is neatly arranged, ready for departure. Encouraging smiles and eyes filled with concern for the disaster-stricken areas create an atmosphere both urgent and full of affection, marking the beginning of a meaningful journey of solidarity from the people of Tuyen Quang.

The green banh chung gu are neatly arranged in the pot, carrying the heartfelt sentiments of the people of Tuyen Quang.

Once cooked, the banh chung gu are immediately vacuum-sealed to preserve their fragrant, traditional flavor - ready for the journey ahead.

Bags of rice, clothing, essential goods, and banh chung gu will be received by Dak Lak Provincial Police and delivered directly to those in need.
