Nuturing Children Fund – Empowering underprivileged students

The Nuturing Children Fund, initiated by the Youth Union of Xin Man area, has been helping disadvantaged students overcome obstacles to continue their education. The fund provides VND 300,000 per month for each student throughout the academic year, supporting their educational and living conditions.

The Youth Union of Nam Dan presents financial assistance from the Nuturing Children Fund to children facing particularly difficult circumstances.

In the mountainous regions of Pa Vay Su, Xin Man, and Nam Dan, many students face numerous challenges to attend school. Thao Seo Di, who lost her father at a young age, and Vang Van Huy, who lives with his elderly grandmother in a deteriorating house, are among the beneficiaries of the fund, which allows them to stay in school and keep their educational dreams alive.

Initially supporting 12 students in Pa Vay Su, the fund has since expanded to assist 18 students in both Pa Vay Su and Nam Dan. The fund not only provides financial support but also motivates the students to overcome their hardships. Information about the students’ family circumstances is collected and managed transparently, with local authorities overseeing the process.

By helping these children, Nuturing Children Fund not only provides essential financial resources but also spreads compassion and hope, encouraging the students to rise above their challenges and change their lives through education.
