During the implementation process, the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Housing in Dong Van District, along with communes, towns, and villages, proactively and creatively resolved difficulties and obstacles related to funding and construction procedures.

Additionally, communication efforts and resource mobilisation for the programme were carried out in a flexible manner, engaging with individuals, communities, businesses, and various sectors of the population. Contributions took diverse forms, including financial support, labour for dismantling old houses, transportation, building materials, and household essentials.

The early completion of the programme in the district is the result of the efforts and determination of the local party committees and authorities as well as the collective support of the community. The goal is to ensure that 100% of poor and near-poor households have adequate housing to celebrate the Lunar New Year (Tet).
