Free surgery provided for children with disabilities in Ha Giang

BHG - Ha Giang General Hospital and the not-for-profit organisation Helping Vietnam Children jointly held a humanitarian event on June 24 as part of a programme to provide free screenings and surgery for children with disabilities in Ha Giang Province.

The event was expected to increase public awareness and enhance the supportive relationship between patients and their families with hospitals, organisations and individuals in public healthcare.

Featuring the image of sunflowers, the symbol of optimism, hope, positive energy and confidence in life, the programme was intended to accompany disadvantaged children and honour good Samaritans through the language of music.

JMB Vietnam donates surgery costs for children with disabilities.

At the event, JMB Vietnam – the programme’ssponsor – provided surgery costs worth 50 million VND for children with disabilities at the Ha Giang General Hospital and presented 21 gifts for children under treatment.
