Sweet honey from karst plateau

Mint grows wild after the corn crop and after the Xuyen Chi (Bidens Pilosa) flowers wither. It flowers from October and lasts until February of the following year. Every day, diligent bees fly to areas with mint flowers to collect nectar. Mint honey typically is usually yellow and has a sweet, cool, and delicious taste.
