Featuring clearly defined functional zoning, well-developed infrastructure, extensive green spaces, harmonious traditional–modern architecture and smart urban management applying digital technologies, Wuxiang has become Nanning’s new administrative, financial, commercial and scientific research hub.
The delegation also surveyed the China-ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Center, learning about AI applications in agriculture, healthcare, digital education, logistics and cybersecurity, and discussing opportunities for cooperation and high-quality human resource training.

During a working session with Guilin City leaders, both sides expressed their desire to promote further friendly, practical cooperation in tourism, culture, education, and trade. Tra emphasized that the trip was not only an opportunity to learn development experience, but also a meaningful occasion to revisit shared history, strengthen mutual understanding and expand substantive cooperation between Tuyen Quang Province and Guilin City in the coming time.
