Infrastructure investment opens new growth space for Hoang Su Phi
Hoang Su Phi has recorded a clear transformation in infrastructure development, expansion of its development space, and improvements in people’s living standards, with public investment disbursement identified as a key “lever” for sustainable growth. Thanks to the decisive implementation of provincial directives and the active involvement of the entire political system, by the end of November 2025 the commune had disbursed over 85% of its assigned public investment capital, ranking among localities with a relatively high disbursement rate.

Public investment has focused on transport infrastructure, reshaping the mountainous landscape. Many inter-village roads linking Ban Cay, Lung Nang, Dan Van, Ban Luoc and Banh Van 2 have been concreted, repaired and upgraded, replacing the steep dirt roads of the past. Once completed and put into use, these routes have shortened travel time and strengthened connectivity with tourism-oriented communes such as Ho Thau, Thong Nguyen and Nam Dich, opening up new opportunities for service and tourism development.
Education and healthcare have also received strong investment. In 2025, Hoang Su Phi completed the renovation and upgrading of five schools and satellite campuses, while procuring standardized teaching equipment. As a result, the quality of teaching and learning in highland areas has gradually improved. Meanwhile, the Dan Van and Tu Nhan health stations were upgraded with a total funding of over VND 5 billion, including improvements to facilities and the addition of medical equipment, which contributed to better healthcare services for local people.
According to Hoang Su Phi Commune authorities, in 2025 the commune managed 26 projects with a total approved investment of more than VND 106 billion, along with additional funding sources. Early capital allocation, transparency in implementation, and timely removal of bottlenecks have helped build trust and attract enterprises to invest in trade, services and tourism, including eco-tourism and traditional homestays. These efforts have supported livelihood transformation, increased incomes for local people, and laid a solid foundation for Hoang Su Phi’s sustainable development.
