Ha Giang Provincial Land Fund Development Centre established

BHG - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 201/QD-UBND to establish the Land Fund Development Centre of Ha Giang Province.

The Land Fund Development Centre of Ha Giang Province is a land fund development organisation, a public service unit with revenue, self-insurance for regular expenditures and investment expenditures under the Provincial People's Committee.

The resettlement area of ​​Yen Lap Village, Yen Thanh Commune (Quang Binh) is invested and built on a land fund that ensures safety for the people.

The centre has legal status, its own seal and an account to operate under the provisions of law. It is under the management of the organisation and operation of the Provincial People's Committee.

It is subject to the professional and technical guidance of the management agency of the centre's industry and field of operation in the province.

The centre’s organisational structure comprises a director, deputy directors and specialised departments. The Decision takes effect on February 20, 2025.

The Land Fund Development Centre of Ha Giang Province is responsible for managing the land fund as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 113 of the Land Law 2024; Establish and implement a land fund creation project to organise land use rights auctions; establish and organise the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement plans when the State reclaims land; establish a land fund creation project to allocate land to implement land policies for ethnic minorities; develop a land price list; determine specific land prices according to the requirements of competent State agencies; organise the implementation of investment in construction, creation and development of resettlement land funds to serve the State's land recovery and socio-economic development in the locality.

The Provincial Land Fund Development Centre’s establishment is urgent, aiming to effectively manage and exploit land resources, meeting the common development goals and tasks of the province.
