Ha Giang is a locality with a border adjacent to China’s Yunnan Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The province has a pair of international border gates Thanh Thuy - Thien Bao and a pair of bilateral border gates Xin Man - Do Long, as well as 3 openings and many border markets. This provides favourable conditions for Ha Giang Province to develop logistics services. However, these are not the only necessary conditions, as this service requires a lot of infrastructure to be commensurate. Therefore, the province has paid attention to implementing infrastructure investment items.

At Thanh Thuy International Border Gate, there are currently 2 projects being invested. In particular, many businesses expect that the Na La border trade zone investment project will be completed soon. This project is being implemented by Tri Hung One Member Co., Ltd. with a total investment of more than 145 billion VND on an area of 5.5 hectares. The commercial zone will have a border market, customs clearance warehouse, bonded warehouse, cold storage, and a cargo loading and unloading area, ensuring synchronous infrastructure.

Currently, the Na La border trade zone project is completing phase 1 in terms of land. It is expected that by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, the last item will be completed. The commercial zone is expected to actively support the import and export of goods through Thanh Thuy International Border Gate. Thereby, demonstrating the province's efforts to promote the development of the logistics service industry.
